Amanda Weis

She was raised in Colorado where she first fell in love with real estate when becoming a leasing consultant for a national REIT. Amanda went on to pursue Property Management for 17 years in Colorado and eventually Washington before making the switch to residential real estate. She is not only an expert in the property management world but has also successfully navigated multiple personal multi-family investments, flips and single family buy and holds. Amanda is recognized as one of the top producers in her brokerage having helped over 100 families achieve their real estate goals. Amanda uses her investment skills and understanding to help any and all friends, family and clients grow their portfolio and find financial freedom through real estate. In her free time, Amanda enjoys softball, football, hiking, traveling, trying new things and enjoying life.
Heather Oie

Heather is passionate about real estate and the needs and goals of her clients. She has been a Snohomish County resident since 1990. Heather previously worked as a manager at Snohomish County but decided to pursue her first love—real estate in 2015. Heather made a high-level commitment to her real estate education, completing advanced training to obtain her Managing Broker license in 2018. She recognizes the unique character of historic homes and is a seasoned investor. Heather rehabbed a 1901 American Foursquare, a 1964 Mid-Century Modern duplex and a 1901 Craftsman Logger’s Hotel turned four-plex. She understands you don't buy and sell your largest asset every day and she is committed to helping you understand the process. In her free time, she and her husband Walt enjoy a good happy hour with friends, ballroom dancing to Big Band music, repurposing furniture and bringing new life to neglected homes.
Theresa Caskey

Powered by equal parts faith and caffeine Tara brings energy, heart, and a “see a need, fill a need” mindset to every space she steps into. As a mother of three and a spouse of an active-duty service member, Tara is no stranger to adapting and building community wherever life takes her and she is now proud to call the PNW home! Outside of work Tara is happiest outdoors, spending time with her family - hiking, exploring new places, and staying active through sports. As an administrative assistant, Tara is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. She brings a wealth of skills, positive energy, and experience to the role, making her an indispensable asset to both her realtor and their clients.
