Amanda Weis - Broker
Amanda’s two passions in life are her family and real estate!
She was raised in Colorado where she first fell in love with real estate when becoming a leasing consultant for a national REIT. Amanda went on to pursue Property Management for 17 years in Colorado and eventually Washington before making the switch to residential real estate. She is not only an expert in the property management world, but has also successfully navigated multiple personal multi-family investments, flips and single family buy and holds. Amanda is recognized as the top producer in her brokerage for the fourth year in a row having helped over 100 families achieve their real estate goals. Amanda uses her investment skills and understanding to help any and all friends, family and clients grow their portfolio and find financial freedom through real estate. In her free time, Amanda enjoys softball, football, hiking, traveling, trying new things and enjoying life with my husband and daughter!
Heather Oie - Broker
Heather is passionate about real estate and the needs and goals of her clients. She has been a Snohomish County resident since 1990. Heather previously worked as a manager at Snohomish County but decided to pursue her first love—real estate in 2015. Heather made a high-level commitment to her real estate education, completing advanced training to obtain her Managing Broker license in 2018. She recognizes the unique character of historic homes and is a seasoned investor. Heather rehabbed a 1901 American Foursquare, a 1964 Mid-Century Modern duplex and a 1901 Craftsman Logger’s Hotel turned four-plex. She understands you don't buy and sell your largest asset every day and she is committed to helping you understand the process. In her free time she and her husband Walt enjoy a good happy hour with friends, ballroom dancing to Big Band music, repurposing furniture and bringing new life to neglected homes.
Kris Coleman - Admin Coordinator
Born in Ukraine but raised in Washington, Kristina considers Snohomish county her home. She graduated from Everett Community College with her associates degree and is a certified Russian translator. As an administrative assistant, Kristina is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. She brings a wealth of skills and experience to the role, making her an indispensable asset to both her realtor and their clients. When she's not working, Kristina enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband and daughters.
Willow Tobin - Transaction Coordinator
Willow has over 20 years of real estate experience working in sales and property management. In 2016 she opened up her own brokerage, where she specializes in contract review and file compliance as a transaction coordinator helping real estate brokers. Her role is to make sure we stay on top of timelines and all contract deadlines are met. She is available to answer questions throughout our transactions and keep all parties updated. When not working, Willow enjoys spending time with her two kids and husband playing games, going to her kids sporting events, volunteering, traveling, and enjoying life.
